United Campus will again present, due to popular demand, The Seven Deadly Sins: A Musical Revue. This year’s event will be even bigger and better with new songs and short meditations given by students. It has also been expanded and is nor “Vice & Virtue: A Musical Review
We will be performing two nights this year and have moved to the Angelo Civic Theatre main stage.
If you didn’t get the opportunity to see this show last year here’s a third chance.
Admission is $10 per person, this is a fundraising event for United Campus Ministries and additional donations will be accepted at the door and are always appreciated. We will be offering hors d’oeuvres and beverages free of charge. The event will also offer a silent auction and we do accept credit cards.

The seven deadly sins were first compiled by Pope Gregory I around the year 600. They are pride, greed, lust, wrath, gluttony, envy, and sloth. Gregory also compiled a list of the seven virtues: faith, hope, charity, justice, prudence, temperance, and fortitude. The Bible would validate all of these concepts, but nowhere are they recorded in a list like this and nowhere in the Bible are they specifically referred to as the seven deadly sins or seven virtues. Moments With God: A Love Story is the poignant tale of a husband and wife as they revisit their past through a series of journals. We laugh with them, we cry with them and we come to experience the love they have for each other and God.
For this couple God is more than just the Father and Creator, He is also a confessor, confident and friend. Through good times and bad He is always there for them.
The playwright, Eldra Sanford, has done an excellent job of capturing all of the emotions that a couple experiences over 45 years of marriage.
This is an original play with a twist that I am not going to spoil for you. I will say that this play is very well written and well worth the time to see.
